About Stems
Stems' floral designer and owner is Diana Rasta.
Diana began her studies in floral design by
signing up for a one-semester course at
Mission College. With this introduction to
floral design, and the encouragement of her
manager, Vicky King, Diana pursued the goal
of one day having her own floral design
business. She continued her study of leading
edge floral design here in California at the San
Francisco City College.
She quickly discovered an affinity for the
European style of design, traveling to
Amsterdam’s floral markets and eventually
studying and living there for 4 years under the
guidance of floral designers from Germany and
France.
Diana works personally with all the customers
to create one of a kind arrangements that meet
their every desire. Her passion for flowers and
inspired cutting edge design is apparent in
every arrangement she creates. Arranging
flowers is her favorite thing to do!
